Moderatpers.com – Untuk pertama kalinya sejak adanya pandemi Covid-19, Universitas Hasyim Asy’ari (Unhasy) Tebuireng Jombang menggelar wisuda online program sarjana yang ke- XXX dan pascasarjana ke-XIX via zoom teleconference meeting pada Minggu, (31/10).

Wisuda online tersebut dimulai pukul 09.00 WIB s/d selesai, yang diikuti oleh 450 wisudawan dari berbagai fakultas. Setelah tahun kemarin Unhasy tak menggelar hajat besar tahunan ini, di tahun 2021 prosesi sakral wisuda bagi mahasiswa kembali terlaksana meskipun dalam keadaan daring (dalam jaringan).

Seperti yang kita ketahui, wisuda adalah bentuk apresiasi tertinggi kepada para mahasiswa yang telah rampung menuntaskan pendidikannya. Dan tak bisa dipungkiri juga, prosesi ini merupakan salah satu hal yang juga dinantikan oleh sebagian besar mahasiswa.

Rangkaian acara wisuda dimulai dengan pembacaan ayat suci Al-Qur’an, kemudian menyanyikan lagu kebangsaan Indonesia Raya dan Mars Unhasy. Setelah itu, sambutan-sambutan dari beberapa pihak yang berpengaruh penting di Unhasy, seperti Prof. Dr. KH. Imam Suprayogo (Ketua Yayasan Unhasy), sambutan dari Prof. Dr. H. Haris Supratna (Rektor Unhasy), dan sambutan Dr. Hanifuddin, M. Ag, sebagai IKAP Unhasy.

Tak hanya itu, dua Menteri Jokowi yaitu Menteri Agama H. Yaqut Cholil Qoumas, serta Menteri Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Republik Indonesia Dr. H. Sandiaga Uno, B. B.A., M.B.A. juga memberikan sambutan dan pesannya kepada para wisudawan dan wisudawati.

Setelah sambutan, acara inti prosesi wisuda adalah menayangkan video dan foto para wisudawan, disertai dengan video dari Rektor Unhasy dan Dekan dari masing-masing fakultas (Fakultas Agama Islam, Fakultas Teknik, Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, Fakultas Ekonomi, dan Fakultas Teknologi Informasi) yang terletak disebelah kanan dan kiri dari video atau foto wisudawan yang ditampilkan.

Hal ini merupakan gelaran pengganti dari prosesi yang biasanya dilakukan di atas panggung jika wisuda offline berlangsung. Terakhir, pembacaan do’a sebagai akhir dari rangkaian acara yang dibacakan oleh KH Abdul Hakim Mahfudz (Gus Kikin), selaku Pengasuh Pondok Pesantren Tebuireng Jombang menandakan berakhirnya acara wisuda online.
