Moderatpers.com – Universitas Hasyim Asy’ari (Unhasy) tanda tangani Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) atau nota kesepahaman dengan Institut Agama Islam Ma’arif NU (IAIM NU) Metro Lampung. Kerjasama yang dibangun ialah dalam bidang tarbiyah (ilmu pendidikan) berbarengan dengan kegiatan field trip IAIM NU Metro Lampung.
“Kita ingin melebarkan sayap, ya biar kita lebih menasional. Jadi kita yang dari Lampung bukan hanya kerjasama dengan yang di wilayah Sumatra saja, tapi kita mulai merambah ke Jawa,” kata Dr.H. Ahmad Muslimin Lc.M.H.I (Wakil Rektor II IAIM NU Metro Lampung), pada Sabtu, (05/2).
Muslimin, (sapaan akrabnya) mengatakan bahwa setelah datang langsung ke Unhasy, tentunya mendapatkan banyak pengalaman dan pengetahuan baru. “Kedepannya mungkin kalau ada kesempatan, bisa melakukan pertukaran pelajar atau pertukaran dosen”, ujarnya.
Setelah penandatanganan MoU, acara dilanjutkan dengan seminar nasional. Seminar tersebut mengusung tema “Merdeka Belajar dan Inovasi Pendidikan dalam Penguatan Karakter Islam Aswaja di Era Society 5.0”.
Acara dimulai pukul 12.10 s/d pukul 14.30 WIB secara offline di aula lantai 3 gedung A Unhasy. Dihadiri oleh 259 mahasiswa Fakultas Tarbiyah IAIM NU Metro Lampung beserta 12 dosen dan stafnya, acara berjalan dengan lancar.

IAIM NU Metro lampung datang untuk mempelajari MBKM (Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka) yang telah diterapkan oleh Unhasy mulai angkatan tahun 2020. MBKM merupakan kebijakan dari Kemendikbud di era Nadiem Makariem. Program ini memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk 1 (satu) semester (setara dengan 20 SKS) menempuh pembelajaran di luar program studi pada perguruan tinggi yang sama; dan paling lama 2 semester atau setara dengan 40 SKS menempuh pembelajaran pada program studi yang sama di perguruan tinggi yang berbeda.
Sementara itu, Unhasy juga menyambut dengan baik kerjasama yang dibangun tersebut. Prof. Dr. H. Haris Supratno (Rektor Unhasy) berharap, kedepannya, semua civitas akademika Unhasy dapat ikut berperan dalam kerjasama yang baru saja di tandatangani.
“Harapannya untuk Unhasy sendiri yakni kerjasama ini tidak hanya inisiatif dari rektorat atau warek 3, tapi bisa setiap unit itu inisiatif, kreatif, inovatif untuk mengembangkannya,” jelasnya.
