Moderatpers.com – Kamis, (10/03), pertama kalinya, Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa Pers (UKMP) Moderat Universitas Hasyim Asy’ari adakan Musyawah Besar (Mubes) secara offline. Mubes ini merupakan Mubes yang ke-II, setelah tahun lalu di gelar secara online via google meet.

Bertempat di Yayasan Darul Hikmah, Bandung, Diwek, Jombang, acara di mulai pada pukul 09.00 s/d 18.00 WIB. Diskusi forum ini berjalan dengan aktif dan kritis, dengan mengusung tema “Menciptakan Generasi yang Berkualitas dan Berkomitmen dalam Mewujudkan Pers Mahasiswa yang Unggul”.

Acara ini membahasa konsep Anggaran Dasar dan Anggaran Rumah Tangga (AD/ART); Garis-Garis Besar Haluan Organisasi (GBHO); Garis-Garis Besar Haluan Kerja (GBHK); Peraturan Organisasi (PO); Laporan Pertanggung Jawaban (LPJ) tiap divisi, sekaligus pemilihan Pemimpin Umum (PU) periode selanjutnya.

Adapun kandidat dalam pemilihan umum ini merupakan anggota tetap angkatan 2019. Setelah melalui banyak seleksi, kandidat yang memenuhi kriteria sesuai PO yakni Lilik Faizah (01), Olivia Andi Chalista (02), Ummi Mamlaul Khoiriyah (03), dan Nasywa Kamila (04), yang dipilih secara demokrasi melalui voting suara.

Perolehan suara terbanyak di dapatkan oleh Ummi Mamlaul Khoiriyah, dengan perolehan 22 suara. Dengan hasil voting itu, terpilihlah Iir, sapaan akrabnya menjadi Pimpinan Umum baru, periode 2022/2023.

“Harapan saya ketika menjabat nanti, kita bisa jalan bareng, menjaga nama UKMP Moderat bersama, berusaha mengembangkan apa yang sudah ada sebelumnya dan jangan lupa tegur saya kalau ada salah, karena saya juga disini belajar,” jelasnya.

Dalam acara Mubes ini pula, PU Periode 2020/2022 menyampaiakan kesan pesan selama menjadi PU. “Tentunya saya tidak sendiri, banyak teman-teman yang membantu saya dalam bekerja, dan untuk PU baru jangan pernah merasa sendiri dan tetap semangat,” kata Nur Fadhilah, atau yang akrab disapa Ila.

Selain anggota magang dan anggota tetap, acara Mubes ini juga dihadiri oleh dewan redaksi dan anggota terhormat. Di akhir acara, Aan Fauzi selaku perwakilan anggota terhormat menyampaikan, bahwa organisasi yang sukses itu bukan dilihat dari acaranya yang dibuat besar atau meriah, tetapi dilihat dari proses dan prospek kedepannya.

“Ketua UKM atau organisasi dianggap berhasil ketika ketua atau pimpinan selanjutnya tetap ada regenerasi. Jadi, kalau tiba-tiba UKM ini berhenti atau hilang, itu berarti pemimpin sebelumya telah gagal,” katanya diakhir acara.
