Aku mencatat kisah anak kecil buta warna. Katanya, hitam dan putih adalah bahagianya. Ia anak tanpa harapan. Ia anak tanpa keinginan. Hidupnya hanya mengerti senang, jika duka menghampiri ia akan senyumi. Candu sekali tawanya, renyah tanpa rasa hampa. Ia menjadikan gradasi—hitam, abu tua, abu muda, putih—sebagai titik tumpu hidupnya. Segalanya ia beri kesan, jika lebihnya sedih ia simpan. Tak ada yang pernah tahu dimana ia menyimpannya.
