UKMP MÖDERAT – Kamis, (22/04) Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa Universitas Hasyim Asy’ari Tebuireng Jombang (BEM-U) mengadakan acara Ramadan Edufest Mahasiswa bertajuk “Optimalisasi Nilai-Nilai Pancasila Sebagai Bentuk Bela Negara & Deradikalisme”. Acara yang diadakan via online melalui aplikasi zoom cloud meeting ini menghadirkan dua narasumber luar biasa, salah satunya yaitu Dr. H. Nadirsyah Hosen, LL.M., M.A., Ph.D atau yang kerap di sapa Gus Nadir.

Seperti yang kita ketahui, bahwasanya Gus Nadir adalah seorang akademisi yang mengajar di Fakultas Hukum Monash University Australia dan seorang ‘Ulama yang kini menjadi Rais Syuriah PCI (Pengurus Cabang Istimewa) Nahdalatul ‘Ulama (NU) di Australia dan New Zealand.

Kiprahnya di berbagai bidang seperti pendidikan dan agama memang sudah tidak di ragukan lagi. Terbukti, opini dan argumennya kerap dijadikan rujukan untuk memberikan solusi terkait masalah yang tengah di hadapi Indonesia maupun dunia. Dalam acara yang di adakan oleh BEM-U ini, Ia menyampiakan beberapa poin penting dan argumennya terkait Pancasila.

Di beberapa negara, Pancasila kerap di anggap sebagai ideologi atau aliran yang sesat. Padahal, telah terbukti dalam sejarah, bahwa beberapa ‘Ulama ikut andil dalam perumusan dan pengesahan Pancasila salah satunya K.H. Wahid Hasyim (Tebuireng Jombang) yang tergabung dalam Panitia 9. “Pancasila jelas lahir dari tangan para kiai kita. Namun, ada permasalahan pada masa Orde Baru atau masa kepemimpinan Soeharto, yaitu terjadi indoktrinasi pancasila. Mungkin teman-teman mahasiswa belum lahir dan tidak mengalaminya,” Ucap Gus Nadir pada penjelasannya.

Para kiai pada masa orde baru di perlakukan secara ideologi tertuntut dan juga dengan tangan besi. Akhirnya, siapapun yang memiliki pandangan atau tafsir berbeda tentang pancasila, kemudian di anggap sebagai orang yang ekstrim, dan masuk penjara. Ini yang menjadi problem pada masa orde baru.

Kemudian, pada masa reformasi ketika perang demokrasi di buka, banyak sekali aliran-aliran yang tadinya tidak boleh beredar, kemudian beredar di tanah air. Salah satunya adalah aliran yang menganggap pancasila dan demokrasi itu kufur, pemerintahannya zalim, dan hendak mengganti dasar negara kita ini. “Nah, hal inilah yang menjadi tantangan saat ini, dan saya kira itu sebabnya Unhasy membuat acara ini. Menurut saya, pancasila ini adalah anugerah yang luar biasa bagi bangsa Indonesia,” tegasnya.

Tidak bisa kita melaksanakan sila pertama dan kedua, kalau ujungnya hanya memecah belah anak bangsa. Jadi ketika ‘Ketuhanan yang Maha Esa’ kemudian di lanjutkan dengan ‘Kemanusiaan yang adil dan beradab’ lantas di lanjutkan dengan ‘Persatuan Indonesia’, ini saling susun menyusun. Para kiai sudah sering kali menjelaskan bahwa agama itu justru untuk memanusiakan kembali kemanusiaan kita. Interaksi antar manusia itu harus dilakukan dengan adil.

Luar biasanya, para pendiri bangsa ini tidak hanya berbicara tentang adil saja, tetapi adil yang beradab, adil yang beretika. Rasulullah SAW sudah mengajarkan itu sejak zaman dahulu. Yaitu ketika beliau sedang duduk bersama para sahabat, kemudian ada jenazah orang Yahudi yang lewat, kemudian beliau berdiri untuk menghormati jenazah tersebut. Hal itulah yang disebut dengan memanusiakan manusia.

Kemudian persatuan Indonesia, dapat kita lihat pelaksanaannya di pesantren. Bagaimana para santri dari berbagai penjuru Indonesia, tergabung menjadi satu, membentuk persatuan yang kokoh. Semua sila dalam pancasila dapat kita lihat penerapannya di pesantren.

Pada sila keempat yaitu ‘Kerakyatan yang di pimpin oleh hikmat kebijaksanaan dalam permusyawaratan/perwakilan’ cara mewujudkan kepemimpinannya yaitu dengan cara musyawarah, dan perwakilan. Sila keempat ini erat kaitannya dengan sila pertama. Pada sila kelima dijelaskan ‘Keadilan bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia’. Kata adil disebut pada sila kedua dan kelima.

Tujuannya dari sila pertama hingga kelima adalah melahirkan program konkrit untuk mewujudkan keadilan sosial bagi seluruh rakyat Indonesia. Persoalannya pernah di sampaikan oleh Ketua PBNU Kiai Said Aqil Siradj, bahwasanya sila kelima ini adalah yang paling susah di wujudkan. Terjadi kesenjangan dan ketimpangan sosial di negara ini. Dimana 80% aset negara kita hanya di kuasai oleh segelintir orang. Ini menjadi tantangan kita bersama.

Bahkan, upaya pemerintah dalam mewujudkan sila kelima ini, contohnya seperti memberikan BANSOS (Bantuan Sosial) di korupsi pula. Ini menjadi perhatian kita bersama. Di samping kelima sila yang harus kita baca dalam satu tarikan nafas, juga ada sekelompok orang atau organisasi yang merasa paling pancasila, di samping itu ada yang merasa paling islami.

Kedua pihak ini sekarang terus berbenturan. Saling mendregerasikan kemanusiaan, dan justru tidak sesuai dengan pancasila. “Kita tidak boleh larut dalam perdebatan ini. Para Kiai khususnya K.H. Hasyim Asy’ari utuh menjaga dan merawat pancasila ini. Wawasan kebangsaan dan keagamaan tidak untuk di pertentangkan. Di dunia ini terjadi pertentangan luar biasa, antara etnisiti (kesukuan) dan agama, multikuralisme. Di Indonesia seharusnya tidak terpengaruh akan hal itu,” tegas Gus Nadir.

Seperti yang kita pelajari di pesantren, apapun etniknya, sukunya, agamanya, kita harus terima. Semua berjalan sesuai koridor. Karena itu, kebangsaan dengan keagamaan itu tidak perlu di pertentangkan, tetapi harus berjalan bersamaan. Kita harus waspada terhadap dua kelompok yang bertarung tadi, jangan sampai terpengaruh dan larut, kemudian tidak lagi berdiri secara tawasuth (berdiri di tengah).

“Tugas mahasiswa saat ini adalah bagaimana menggali kembali nilai-nilai pancasila sesuai dengan tradisi khazanah keislaman kita, dan juga praktek yang telah di jalankan oleh para kiai. Ini tantangan bersama,” Pesan Gus Nadir hampir di penghujung pemaparannya.

Setelah 20 tahun lebih reformasi, muncul kalangan yang kita anggap sebagai tuna pancasila. Yaitu kalangan yang tidak paham tentang pancasila. Ini terjadi di satu titik ekstrim menuju titik ekstrim selanjutnya. Titik ekstrim pertama adalah ketika masa orde baru, dan selanjutnya pada masa reformasi yaitu Pendidikan pancasila sudah mulai tidak ada. Bahkan, sempat heboh ketika Kemendikbud hendak menghapus Pendidikan pancasila dari silabus pendidikan, namun sudah mau di revisi. Inilah yang menjadi tantangan.

“Generasi milenial sekarang banyak yang tidak paham tentang pancasila , sehingga mudah tergoda paham-paham yang hendak mengahancurkan negara kita. Sikap NU terhadap pancasila adalah bersifat final. Hal inilah yang harus kita pelajari bersama dan kita tanamkan dalam pemikiran kita” pesan Gus Nadir di penghujung pemaparannya.

Maka, sudah sejawatnya kita menanamkan dengan ikhlas ideologi pancasila ini sebagai ideologi yang sah dan beradab di dalam diri kita masing-masing, serta tidak mudah terpengaruh atau terprovokasi akan paham-paham atau ideologi yang hendak mengancurkan kesatuan dan persatuan bangsa.
