ModeratPers – Kontestasi demokrasi pada Pemilihan Umum Raya (Pemira) Mahasiswa Universitas Hasyim Asy’ari telah memberikan hasil akhirnya. Menilik pada Selasa (12/12) dan Rabu (13/12) proses pemungutan suara paslon dari tingkat HMP, DPM, hingga BEM telah usai dan menunjukkan nama-nama paslon terpilih. Namun, publikasi secara resmi mengenai hasil tersebut hingga hari ini tak kunjung dilakukan oleh Komisi Pemilihan Umum Mahasiswa (KPUM) Unhasy selaku pihak yang berwenang.
Berkaitan dengan hal itu, M. Nassarudin selaku Ketua KPUM Unhasy 2023 memberikan keterangan pada Jumat (15/12) kepada awak media. Ia menyebut bahwasanya terdapat gugatan dari salah satu paslon yang mendasari delay-nya publikasi hasil Pemira sampai saat ini.
“Kenapa KPUM itu belum mem-publish? Karena ada beberapa gugatan dari salah satu paslon yang menerima keputusan hasil pemungutan suara kemarin,” ungkapnya ketika diwawancarai.
Ia menyampaikan bahwa gugatan tersebut diajukan oleh paslon nomor urut satu yaitu terkait kualifikasi antar paslon, yang dalam hal ini adalah paslon nomor urut dua.
M. Nassarudin juga sedikit membeberkan mengenai tiga hal yang menjadi dasar gugatan dari paslon nomor urut satu terhadap paslon nomor urut dua.
“Dia (paslon 1) menggugat terkait persyaratan-persyaratan antar paslon, paslon nomor dua. Ada beberapa tuntutan, gugatan, atau permohonan dari paslon nomor satu itu. Yang pertama terkait keabsahan SK dan sertifikat posmaru. Yang kedua black campaign. Dan yang ketiga kampanye di hari tenang. Itu yang dituntut oleh paslon nomor satu.” Tukasnya.
