Moderatpers.com – Jumat, (17/09), Komisi Pemilihan Umum Mahasiswa (KPUM) bersama dengan Panitia Pengawas Pemilu (PANWASLU) Unhasy resmi mengadakan konferensi pers perihal keputusan PEMIRA Mahasiswa 2021 yang telah berlangsung pada Senin, (13/09) lalu.
Sesuai dengan Surat Keputusan Komisi Pemilihan Umum Mahasiswa Universitas Hasyim Asy’ari Tebuireng Jombang Tahun 2021. Nomor : Skep-93/A/KPUM/UNHASY/IX/2021 Tentang Penetapan Hasil Pemilihan Umum Mahasiswa Tahun 2021, ditetapkan Paslon nomor urut 01 a/n Achmad Celvin Moniagah dan Afriza Eka Mahendra sebagai Ketua/wakil BEM-U.
Sementara, Ahmad Mabruri Laka N.F dan Lia Safarotul Khusna juga resmi terpilih sebagai ketua/wakil DPM-U. Terlampir pula BEM-F, DPM-F, dan HMP terpilih dari masing-masing fakultas dan prodi.
Hingga konferensi pers resmi diadakan, perseturuan soal isu kebocoran dan penggelembungan data belum juga mereda dan menemukan titik terang.
Pihak yang merasa dirugikan, dari pasangan nomor urut 02 mengatakan telah mengajukan aju banding kepada rektorat dan PANWASLU tertanggal 16 September 2021 sesuai dengan prosedur UU yang berlaku.
Pras, tim sukses dari 01 menyatakan, “Isu pengelembungan suara yang disampaikan dari beberapa pihak yang merasa dirugikan merupakan isu belaka. Mereka tidak dapat membuktikan sampai bantas waktu yang ditentukan. Kami tim sukses 01 sudah melakukan prosedur Pemilu sesuai dengan ketentuan UU KPUM,” tegasnya.

“Tanggal 16, pukul 15.00 kemarin, kita dari 02 dan pihak 01 baik paslon maupun timses, . ditemani PANWASLU sudah menemui rektorat dan melakukan aju banding,” kata Ade, selaku ketua tim sukses dari paslon 02.
Kendati demikian, pihak KPUM dan PANWASLU membantah pernyataan tersebut. Sampai waktu yang telah ditentukan, pihaknya belum menerima berkas resmi pengajuan aju banding dari pasangan nomor urut 02, baik BEM maupun DPM-U.
“Sampai tanggal yang telah disepakati, pihak KPUM dan PANWASLU belum juga menerima surat resmi pengajuan aju banding dari pihak 02. Sesuai prosedur UU KPUM, seharusnya surat resmi aju banding itu diajukan kepada KPUM dan PANWASLU. Jadi, kalau sampai batas waktu belum ada surat resmi, pihak yang unggul pada PEMILU kemarin, otomatis menang,” kata Risalatul, Ketua KPUM Unhasy 2021.
Ketua PANWASLU, M. Khoirul pun menegaskan, bahwa sengketa yang sempat terjadi di PEMIRA ini bukanlah hak dari rektorat untuk memutuskan keputusan final.
“Rektorat tidak berhak untuk mengurusi sengketa PEMIRA ini. Birokrasi kampus tidak bisa turun ke ranah mahasiswa, tetapi dapat menjadi mediator. Dan dari mediasi yang kita lakukan kemarin, tetap tidak menemukan titik temu, jadi keputusan ini sudah bersifat final,” tegasnya.
Meskipun ada beberapa pihak yang merasa kurang puas dengan keputusan final ini, mau tidak mau harus menerima, karena inilah hasil yang di dapat.
“Ya dari kasus ini, kedepannya kita bisa belajar memahami UU yang berlaku, dan membenahi segala kekurangan. Baik itu infrastruktur dan lainnya,” tambah Khoirul di akhir konferensi pers.
