Banyak mahasiswa termasuk pihak yang dirugikan dan juga tim sukses mendesak KPUM untuk melakukan Pemira ulang. Risalatul Khabibah, selaku ketua KPUM Pemira Unhasy 2021 membenarkan bahwa ada penurunan suara dari salah satu pihak.
“Penurunan suara memang benar, namun untuk kecurangan atau tidak, masih tahap penyelidikan. Kami harap, baik pihak 01 maupun 02 jangan begitu fanatik yang endingnya merugikan banyak kalangan termasuk nama universitas kita,” tegasnya saat dihubungi oleh pihak UKMP Moderat.
Ia juga menegaskan, bahwa untuk keamanan website sudah maksimal dikarenakan menggunakan Com, SSL, dan HTTPS yang kemungkinan kecil untuk dibobol. Sedangkan, sistem Pemira ini juga sudah bagus karena berjalan dengan serentak.
“Kita bahkan dapat memanejemen waktu dengan baik, dan ini memudahkan untuk pelantikan serentak. Bahkan, penilaian dari birokrasi kampus itu agar bisa mengadopsi sistem tersebut. Apabila tidak puas dengan hasilnya, ya silakan mengajukan banding sesuai prosedur,” kata Risa (sapaan akrabnya).

Sementara itu, Moh. Mudhoffar Abdul Hadi atau yang kerap disapa Ade, (ketua tim sukses paslon nomor urut 02 baik dari pihak BEM maupun DPM) menyebutkan, bahwa setiap server Pemira di refresh, suara nomor urut 02 terus menurun dan berbalik arah.
“Kita pantau terus, setiap menit kita refresh, servernya terjadi penurunan drastis di pihak kami,” ucapnya.
Jumlah suara dari pasangan calon nomor urut 02 yang tadinya unggul tiba-tiba kian mengurang. Sedangkan, pasangan calon nomor urut 01 yang suaranya cukup tertinggal jauh, justru meningkat drastis.
Dipantau dari website KPUM, http://pemiluunhasy.com hingga pukul 11.49 WIB, pada Senin, (13/09), jumlah suara dari pasangan BEM -U nomor urut 01 sebesar 173 suara. Sedangkan, untuk calon nomor urut 02 unggul dengan 533 suara.
Tidak sampai satu jam berlalu, tepatnya pukul 13.32 WIB, jumlah suara berbalik arah. Pasangan nomor urut 01 meningkat drastis dengan kenaikan yang cukup signifikan menjadi 545 suara, sedangkan nomor urut 02 mengalami penurunan lebih dari 60%, yaitu 345 suara.
Begitu pula dengan DPM -U, pasangan calon nomor urut 02 yang semula unggul dengan jumlah suara 476, menurun pada jam yang sama dengan BEM-U menjadi 416 suara. Sedangkan, untuk pasangan nomor urut 01 yang semula memperoleh 230 suara, naik drastis menjadi 474 suara.
Hasil akhir untuk BEM-U, dari pasangan nomor urut 01 adalah 601 suara, dan nomor urut 02 sebesar 423 suara. Sedangkan, untuk DPM-U, pasangan nomor urut 01 memperoleh 534 suara, sedangkan nomor urut 02 sebesar 490 suara. Apabila pihak 02 mengajukan banding, makan hasil perolehan suara belum final.

Tak hanya Ade, Supriyatna selaku anggota tim sukses pasangan calon nomor urut 02 ikut bersuara bahwa pihaknya kecewa dengan Pemira tahun ini dan merasa dirugikan.
“Tentunya kami menolak hasil Pemilu ini, karena ada beberapa indikasi kecurangan yang terstruktur dan jelas sekali. Hal ini disadari banyak pihak sebagai kecurangan yang disengaja dan bukan kesalahan sistem,” ungkapnya.
Pihak 02 pun segera mengambil langkah dengan melakukan audiensi dengan KPUM tepat setelah indikasi tersebut terjadi. Namun demikian, konsolidasi tersebut tidak membuahkan hasil. Akhirnya, diambilah jalur hukum sesuai prosedur pemilihan umum yaitu mengajukan gugatan aju banding.
Pihak PANWASLU (Panitia Pengawas Pemilu) memberikan waktu 3 hari kepada pihak 02 untuk mengumpulkan data-data yang valid sebelum uji banding. Pihak 02 pun mengaku siap dan akan mematuhi prosedur sesuai dengan UU KPUM.
“Kami dari pihak 02 tetap mematuhi prosedur yang diberikan oleh KPUM dan PANWASLU. Kami juga turut serta membantu KPUM dan PANWASLU untuk menelusuri pihak yang menjadi dalang dibalik penggelumbungan suara PEMIRA ini,” ucap Ade.
Terakhir, Risa menyebutkan, bahwa benar batas akhir untuk melakukan uji banding adalah tiga hari, yaitu sampai tanggal 16 September.
“Kemudian hasil akhirnya berada pada keputusan KPUM dan PANWASLU. Dan terakhir, dilanjutkan dengan pelantikan tanggal 25-27 September mendatang,” tutupnya.
