Dengan mengusung tema “Digital mindfulness : Menjaga Keseimbangan dalam Era Teknologi” tujuan dipilihnya tema ini untuk memahami cara menggunakan teknologi sehingga dapat memanfaatkannya untuk pendidikan dan kesejahteraan pribadi tanpa mengabaikan tugas-tugas keagamaan.
“Agar dapat memberikan manfaat yang signifikan dalam membantu mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam kehidupan mereka dengan bijaksana”, kata Wildan Mahfudzhi, selaku ketua panitia dalam sambutannya.
Seminar ini menghadirkan dua narasumber yakni Dr. Abdullah Hamid selaku direktur dunia santri community dan penulis buku literasi digital santri milenial dan juga Dr. Ahmad Ubaydi Hasbillah selaku pengasuh Ma’had Al-Jami’ah UNHASY.
Dalam seminar ini, narasumber Menyampaikan tentang Artificial Intelligence (AI) di zaman yang semakin canggih dan teknologi yang semakin cerdas. AI merupakan sistem komputerisasi yang mampu membuat kecerdasan layaknya manusia yang mana sistem tersebut mampu melakukan pembelajaran sekaligus penalaran.
Begitupun agama dalam mendukung penggunaan AI yaitu untuk bertanya masalah keagamaan dan AI akan mencapai tingkat akurasi yang tinggi sehingga hampir tidak pernah salah. Namun, agama juga menolak penggunanaan AI dalam menanyakan masalah agama secara prinsip fatwa.
“Tetaplah berpegang teguh pada jalan kebenaran walaupun anda minoritas. Berhati-hatilah dalam hal kesesatan dan jangan terpedaya dengan banyaknya pengikut,” pesan Abdullah Hamid kepada para peserta seminar.
Narasumber kedua juga menjelaskan tentang cara menjaga keseimbangan hidup di era digital yaitu dengan menentukan batas waktu dalam menggunakan teknologi atau media sosial lain.
Uapaya ini untuk memudahkan agar tidak terjebak dalam mengonsumsi secara berlebihan terhadap sebuah informasi yang belum jelas sumbernya.
“AI memang cerdas dan mampu memberikan hal-hal solusi inovatif. Namun AI tidak mampu memberikan kebijaksanaan. Kebijaksanaan tetap ada di dalam hati kalian”, ujar kiai Ubaid.
