ModeratPers – Lantunan ayat suci Al-Quran menggema di halaman kampus belakang Universitas Hasyim Asy’ari (UNHASY). Di atas panggung Wisuda, para mahasiswa yang tergabung dalam UPTQ (Unit Pengembangan Tahfidzul Qur’an ) UNHASY menggelar kegiatan khotmil Qur’an.
Setelah khotmil Qur’an, kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan pembacaan sholawat oleh mahasiswa yang tergabung dalam Ikatan Mahasiswa Pencinta Sholawat (IMPS) dan diikuti oleh seluruh peserta khotmil Qur’an.
Kegiatan khotmil Qur’an ini merupakan agenda rutin pra acara wisuda UNHASY yang akan dilaksanakan pada hari Minggu, 15 Oktober 2023. Kegiatan ini sudah lestari dilaksanakan sejak UNHASY masih bernama IKAHA (Institut Keislaman Hasyim Asy’ari) pada tahun 80-an.
“Sudah lama, kita rutin melaksanakan khotmil Qur’an diatas panggung sebelum Wisuda sejak zaman masih IKAHA dulu”, ujar Masrokhin, selaku pembina UPTQ UNHASY yang juga merupakan alumni IKAHA (14/10).
Kegiatan khotmil Qur’an dimulai pada jam 07.30 hingga 11.00. Setelah itu, kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan pembacaan “Mahallul Qiyam” dan ditutup dengan doa dan ramah tamah.
Khotmil Qur’an ini bertujuan untuk memanjatkan doa agar pelaksanaan wisuda berjalan dengan lancar dari awal hingga akhir.
Selain itu, khotmil Qur’an dan pembacaan sholawat ini juga menjadi wasilah agar segala yang dicita-citakan oleh mahasiswa, wali mahasiswa, dosen, dan seluruh civitas akademika UNHASY diberi kemudahan.
“Khotmil Qur’an dan sholawat ini bertujuan sebagai wasilah supaya wisuda berjalan dengan lancar dan cita-cita kita semua dipermudah oleh Allah”, ucap Lutfi, selaku ketua UPTQ UNHASY saat diwawancarai (14/10).
Lebih lanjut, Lutfi berharap tradisi ini selalu terjaga dan bisa dilanjutkan oleh generasi – generasi setelahnya.
Kegiatan ini juga merupakan permintaan dari panitia penyelenggara wisuda sarjana / S1 ke – 32 dan pascasarjana / S2 ke 21 UNHASY tahun 2023.
