Moderatpers.com – Kisruh PEMIRA Unhasy kembali memanas usai postingan demisioner Presiden Mahasiswa (Presma) BEM-U 2020/2021, Wahyu Al-Fajri di status WhatsAppnya pada Minggu, (19/09). Postingan tersebut berupa pamflet yang berisi ucapan selamat dan sukses atas terpilihnya pasangan nomor urut 02 a/n Nur Kholis dan Moch. Na’iem sebagai ketua dan wakil BEM Unhasy periode 2021/2022.
Postingan tersebut pun ramai di repost oleh banyak pendukung 02, dan banyak menimbulkan perdebatan diantara mahasiswa. Selang beberapa menit, mahasiswa Unhasy kembali diributkan dengan sejumlah akun Organisasi Mahasiswa termasuk Instagram @bemunhasy Kabinet Jenaka yang dipimpin oleh Wahyu Al-Fajri yang juga memposting pamflet serupa dengan narasi yang sama.
Sejumlah pihak termasuk mahasiswa Unhasy dan para alumni menanyakan kebenaran yang sesungguhnya. Pasalnya, pada Jumat, (17/09) lalu,.KPUM dan PANWASLU telah memberikan pengumuman resmi dalam konferensi persnya soal hasil PEMIRA Unhasy 2021,. yang menyatakan kemenangan final berada pada kubu nomor urut 01, a/n Achmad Celvin Moniagah dan Afriza Eka Mahendra.

“Sebenarnya ini yang benar yang mana? Keputusan KPUM apa BEM? Dan kenapa akun BEM berpihak kepada salah satu paslon? Wah kacau akun umum dimanfaatkan untuk kepentingan kelompok. Lucunya kalian para pemegang akun dan pasukan,” ungkap salah satu komentar netizen di postingan instagram @bemunhasy.
“Sebenarnya ini logis sih, bukan untuk berpihak dari salah satu paslon,. tetapi ini sarkas (sindiran) buat @kpum_unhasy untuk tanggung jawab atas kerjanya dalam pemilihan kemarin, dan menjelaskan perihal kecurangan tidak hanya bisu dalam keadaan yang ada. Tidak langsung memutuskan suatu perkara semena-mena, seakan-akan tidak terjadi apa-apa. Kalau mau bijak, ya pemilihan ulang. Dari pada maju tetapi penuh dengan kejanggalan,” jawab salah satu netizen lain yang juga ikut mengomentari.
Demisioner Presma Unhasy Melanggar Koda etik dan penyebaran berita hoaks
Menanggapi hal tersebut, KPUM segera merilis pernyataan resmi melalui akun instagramnya yang menyatakan bahwa info resmi pasangan terpilih PEMILU Unhasy hanya di IG KPUM,. pernyataan itu juga diikuti dengan postingan pamflet ucapan selamat untuk pasangan terpilih nomor urut 01.
Awalnya, para mahasiswa menduga jia postingan di Instagram BEM-U dilakukan oleh pihak KOMINFO Kabinet Jenaka . Namun, hal itu segera ditempis oleh Menteri Koordinator KOMINFO (Demisioner).
“Menindaklanjuti terkait postingan BEM Unhasy, hal tersebut tidak dilakukan oleh KOMINFO baik dari Kementrian Media Kreatif, maupun Kementrian Komunikatif. Seluruh Menteri dan Staff Periode 2020-2021 sudah tidak memiliki akses terhadap seluruh akun media sosial BEM Unhasy,” jelas M. Aufa Bima Hidayat, Menteri Koordinator KOMINFO (Demisioner).
Namun, saat mencoba dihubungi secara personal oleh redaksi UKMP Moderat, tertanggal Minggu, (19/09),. tepatnya pukul 19.18 WIB, hingga artikel ini diterbitkan, demisioner Presma Unhasy itu tetap tidak merespon dan memberikan jawaban pastinya. Banyak pihak menilai bahwa aksi tersebut merupakan pelanggaran kode etik yang telah dilakukan oleh seorang demisioner Presiden Mahasiswa, karena memihak salah satu pihak dan memberikan keterangan yang tidak resmi, baik secara personal, maupun mengatasnamakan organisasi.
Mediasi kekisruhan akun instagram @bemunhasy
Karena ramai diperbincangkan, akhirnya diadakan mediasi antar kedua belah pihak baik dari pihak 01, 02, KPUM dan PANWASLU. Mediasi itu dilakukan pada Minggu malam yang bertempat di kantor komisariat PMII Hasyim Asy’ari di Cukir, Jombang. Redaksi UKMP Moderat juga turut hadir sebagai media yang mengikuti jalannya mediasi tesebut.
Dalam mediasi tersebut, demisioner Presma Unhasy, membenarkan bahwa postingan yang di instagram @bemunhasy dia yang melakukan. Panwaslu meminta agar postingan tersebut dihapus akan tetapi Wahyu alfajri tidak mengidahkan, Pihak 02 akan tetap melanjutkan aksinya dalam memsposting narasi kemenangan pihak 02. Hal itu dilakukanya karena untuk menuntut keadilan dan demokrasi pada PEMIRA 2021.

Kemudian, mediasi dilanjutkan dengan mencari titik tengah antar kedua belah pihak yang hadir dalam forum tersebut. “Kalau belum puas dengan hasil PEMILU ini, lalu pihak 02 mau apa?”, tanya Khoirul selaku ketua PANWASLU.
“Kami tetap kekeh pemilihan ulang. Pihak 02 akan mengadakan orasi dan aksi dalam kurun waktu 2 hari kedepan kepada pihak-pihak rektorat dan mempertanyakan keadilan dan demokratis PEMILU,” kata pihak 02.
“Lalu kalau dalam waktu 2 hari Tidak membuahkan hasil kalian mau apa lagi” ujar patah Timses 01. “Aksi ini hanya bentuk meluapkan keresahan kami, meskipun kami sudah tahu akan hasilya, setidaknya kami dapat menyampaikan keresahan dari pihak kami yang dicurangi, setelah dua hari kami tidak membuahkan hasil kami akan legowo, dan dan menerima hasilya”. dan langsung ditimpali oleh Abil Kafabih, saya yang bertanggung jawab apabila setelah aksi ini masih terjadi kegaduhan dari kami, saya yang pegang anak PMII disini” ujarnya.
PANWASLU pun menampik, dan menyatakan bahwa aksi tersebut bukanlah hak dari PANWASLU lagi, karena keputusan telah diputuskan sesuai UU KPUM. Namun, pihak 02 juga menegaskan, apabila setelah aksi protes kepada rektorat tersebut tidak membuahkan hasil, maka pihaknya akan legowo (menerima) keputusan akhir.
Akhirya, Panwaslu sudah tidak bisa lagi untuk meredam dari pihak 02 yang tetep kekeh dengan keinginanya, dan hanya bisa menunggu aksi dari pihak 02 kepada Rektor, sembari berpesan hilangkan narasi-narasi yang membawa agama.
