Dies Natalis Ke IX, HMP MPI Gelar Seminar Nasional

ModeratPers – Dalam rangka Dies Natalis ke – IX Program Studi  Manajemen Pendidikan Islam (MPI) Universitas Hasyim Asy’ari (UNHASY), Himpunan Mahasiswa Program Studi (HMP) MPI gelar seminar nasional Tafsir Manajemen. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di aula gedung A UNHASY pada Kamis (21/09).

Mengusung tema “Mendalami Ilmu Managemen Kepemimpinan Dalam Prespektif Al-Quran Dan Tafsir”, dalam seminar ini menghadirkan pakar tafsir yang juga merupakan Mudir I PP. Madrasatul Qur’an Tebuireng, KH. A. Musta’in Syafi’i.

Seminar dihadiri oleh ratusan mahasiswa khususnya dari prodi MPI. Selain itu, turut hadir juga Wakil Rektor I UNHASY, Drs. H. A. Faruq, Kepala Prodi MPI, Dr. Nur Azza, dan jajaran dosen dan staf MPI.

Dalam sambutannya, Wakil Rektor I menyampaikan bahwa mahasiswa MPI memiliki peluang yang besar di masa depan. Selain itu, dalam hal pengembangan ia berharap agar prodi MPI dapat meningkatkan akreditasinya.

“Mahasiswa yang masuk program studi MPI tidak rugi karena bisa masuk segala bidang dan apalagi untuk lulusan UNHASY yang setidaknya dapat membaca kitab kuning”, Ujar Wakil Rektor yang akrab disapa Pak Faruq.

Dalam seminar ini, narasumber menyampaikan bahwa untuk menjadi pemimpin harus memiliki keahlian, dan inovasi. Ia mencontohkan kisah nabi Yusuf yang sangat tangguh dengan segala cobaan yang dihadapi, dan juga keahlian-nya dalam menafsirkan mimpi.

Lebih lanjut ia juga menjelaskan bahwa untuk menjadi seorang pemimpin, harus memiliki jiwa ikhlas dan hal yang paling penting untuk menjadi seorang pemimpin yaitu memiliki wawasan atau kelimuan yang luas.

“Jadi pemimpin harus ikhlas, jadi pemimpin itu kalau nggak jadi tombak, ya tombok (merelakan materi atau kepentingan pribadi)”, Ujar kiai Musta’in.

Selain seminar, rangkaian acara Dies Natalis MPI ke – IX ini juga akan menggelar lomba pidato dan santunan anak yatim.

“Seminar kali ini sangat spesial, pada dies Natalis kali ini akan ada beberapa event diantaranya: lomba pidato, mock-up kaos, dan juga santunan anak yatim”, ungkap Atiya, selaku ketua panitia dalam sambutannya.
