Moderatpers.com – Rabu, (15/09), Di akhir kepengurusan Kelompok Studi Pasar Modal Galeri Investasi Bursa Efek Indonesia Fakultas Ekonomi (KSPM GI BEI FE) Unhasy periode 2020/2021 mengadakan kegiatan Sekolah Pasar Modal (SPM) : Analisis Teknikal dengan tema “Menuai Profit Maksimal dengan Analisis Teknikal”. SPM ini menghadirkan broker dari PT. Phintraco Sekuritas, yaitu Ibu Ayu Anggraini Kuswardani.
SPM ini merupakan sekolah lanjutan dari GI BEI, karena sebelumnya juga telah diadakan SPM dengan tema yang berbeda-beda, baik analisa teknikal, maupun fundamental. Meskipun SPM ini merupakan penutupan dari kepengurusan periode ini, namun pihak GI BEI pun menegaskan bahwa kegiatan akan terus berlanjut sembari menunggu rekruitmen anggota baru, mengingat ada beberapa pengurus yang hendak yudisium dan wisuda.
Acara yang berlangsug via zoom teleconference meeting ini diikuti oleh 75 peserta yang terdiri dari mahasiswa dan umum. Dimulai pada pukul 10.00 WIB, antusias peserta cukup baik dan aktif saat memasuki room dan sesi tanya jawab.
Dalam pemaparan pemateri, dijelaskan bahwa analisis teknikal adalah salah satu metode analisis yang harus dikuasai oleh seorang trader. Istilah trader lebih disematkan kepada mereka yang berinvestasi jangka pendek, seperti harian, atau maksimal bulanan.
“Sebenarnya investor juga pun penting mempelajari analisis teknikal. Jadi, biar tidak terpatok pada kondisi fundamental perusahaan, kalau pakai teknikal juga kan semakin tahu kondisi pasar dan perusahaan,” kata pemateri.
Analisis teknikal dilakukan untuk mempelajari perilaku pasar melalui media grafik atau disebut chart yang bertujuan untuk mencari peluang serta arah pergerakan harga kedepannya berdasarkan siklus harga saham sebelumnya (historical cost) dan sentimen berita update pasar. Tujuan mempelajari analisis teknikal adalah supaya para peserta/trader dapat menentukan kapan waktu yang tepat untuk membeli atau menjual saham, menentukan entry point ataupun exit point harga suatu saham dan menentukan trend saham.
Analisis teknikal dapat dilakukan melalui analisis chart pattern seperti Candlestick chart, dan indicator seperti Moving Average, Sthocastic RSI, dan MACD. Pemateri pun memberikan tips-tips kepada peserta SPM agar tidak mudah terbawa emosi saat melakukan trading.
“Kita harus jeli saat berhadapan dengan chart seperti ini. Jangan mudah terbawa emosi saat hendak membeli atau menjual saham, karena nanti kalau tiba-tiba harga naik atau turun, psikologis trader yang jadi taruhannya,” ungkap Bu Ayu, sapaan akrab broker dari Phintraco Sekuritas itu.
