Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa (BEM) Fakultas Agama Islam (FAI) Universitas Hasyim Asy’ari (UNHASY) sukses menggelar Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan Mahasiswa (LDKM) 2025. Acara berlangsung di Aula Lantai 3 Gedung A pada Kamis-Jum’at (27-28/02).
Dihadiri oleh Dr.Jasminto M.Pd,. M.Ag selaku Dekan FAI, ketua Dewan Perwakilan UNHASY, ketua BEM UNHASY, dan seluruh peserta LDKM. Kegiatan ini merupakan program wajib yang di adakan setahun sekali setiap awal periode baru, yang wajib diikuti oleh seluruh ORMAWA FAI.
Perdi Dwi Pranata, selaku ketua pelaksana LDKM menyampaikan dalam sambutan nya, bahwa kegiatan ini bertujuan agar Mahasiswa bisa memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan yang peduli terhadap Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) pada organisasi dan fakultas.
“Harapan kedepannya semoga Mahasiswa FAI bisa menjadi Mahasiswa yang unggul dan beprestasi baik di bidang akademik maupun non-akademik, mempunyai jiwa branding yang tinggi dan berkualitas” Ujarnya.
Pelaksanaan LDKM mencetak sosok pemimpin berkompeten yang mampu membawa FAI semakin maju, serta menjadi ruang dalam mengembangkan potensi bagi seluruh mahasiswa. Kegiatan ini juga memberikan pelajaran untuk siap menjalankan tugas selama satu periode kedepannya.
Dalam acara ini panitia membekali ORMAWA dengan beberapa materi yang diantara nya Manajemen Organisasi, Administrasi Organisasi, dan Kepemimpinan Organisasi. Dalam pemaparan Zainuddin El Zamid seorang penulis sekaligus alumni Unhasy, menyampaikan bahwa Mahasiswa merupakan aktor utama dalam menjalankan organisasi.
Lewat Organisasi mahasiswa dapat membentuk jiwa kepemimpinan, meningkatkan kemampuan problem solving (menemukan solusi). “Manajemen dalam organisasi adalah alat untuk mencapai tujuan dengan berbagai instrumen nya.”ujarnya.
sinta mailatul khimah Prodi Hukum Keluarga (HK) juga menyampaikan melalui kegiatan LDKM, mahasiswa mendapatkan pembelajaran mengenai pentingnya memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan dalam menjalankan organisasi. Selain itu, mememahami bagaimana menyusun administrasi yang baik serta mengetahui tata kelola administrasi yang sesuai dalam sebuah ORMAWA.
“Dari LDKM kita belajar gimana caranya jadi seorang pemimpin yang memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan. Kita juga tau bagaimana administrasi yang baik dan tataan nya seperti apa.” tuturnya.
Selain mengadakan pelatihan sebagai acara utama, di hari kedua LDKM juga adakan agenda ziarah bersama seluruh panitia dan peserta di makom Masyaikh Pondok Tebuireng dan Keras, sebagai bentuk dalam menyambut datangnya Bulan Suci Ramadhan.

could look at Yahoo’s front page and note how they write post titles to
