moderatpers – Mahasiswa dan masyarakat Jombang yang tergabung dalam Aliansi Jombang turut menyuarakan isu yang sedang marak di perbincangkan, Undang-Undang TNI. Puluhan mahasiswa dan elemen masyarakat menggelar aksi demontrasi di Gedung Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Jombang pada Sabtu (29/3) sore.

Massa menggelar aksinya mulai pukul16.00 wib menggelar long march dari Graha Media Jombang (GMJ) menuju Gedung DPRD Jombang. Massa yang menggunakan pakaian serba hitam dan pita kuning sebagai bentuk penolakan dari berbagai elemen terhadap Revisi RUU TNI.

Walaupun kondisi sedang hujan dan puasa, massa tetap bersemangat menyuarakan penolakan terhadap Revisi RUU TNI tersebut, satu persatu perwakilan aksi menyampaikan orasinya di depan gedung wakil rakyat.

Sebanyak 6 tuntutan yang di bawakan massa yaitu:

1. Cabut UU TNI

2.Tolak perluasan fungsi TNI dalam ranah intelejen dan siber

3. tolak penambahan kewenangan TNI dalam. ranah operasi militer selain perang terutama di ranah siber,

4. bubarkan komando teritorial,

5. kembalikan TNI ke barak,

6. copot TNI aktif di jabatan sipil.

Walau sempat diwarnai dengan bakar ban, aksi tersebut berjalan dengan kondusif dengan pengawalan ketat para polisi, Massa aksi juga disambut serta melakukan dialog dengan 2 anggota perwakilan dewan.

Kartiyono selaku anggota DPRD Dapil 5 Jombang dari fraksi PKB menanggapi aksi tersebut, Kartiyono mengapresiasi aksi tersebut karena mahasiswa dan masyarakat masih peduli terhadap ketidak-adilan yang terjadi di Indonesia bahkan sependapat tidak setuju dengan dwi fungsi ABRI yang dulu masih di terapkan di situasi sekarang.

“Bahwa Dwi Fungsi ABRI yang dulu itu sudah tidak relevan lagi dengan situasi saat ini, maka  sebagai pribadi dan anggota DPRD kalau di terapkan dwi fungsi TNI yang dulu sangat tidak setuju,” Ujarnya.

Setelah terjadi dialog dengan perwakilan DPR di depan gedung DPRD Jombang, massa sempat berbuka puasa sebelum akhirnya melanjutkan mediasi bersama perwakilan anggota DPRD Jombang dalam gedung tersebut. Mereka berharap tuntutan yang diajukan segera mendapatkan jawaban yang konkrit dan pernyataan sikap menolak RUU TNI tersebut.

Mediasi yang berlangsung cukup lama antara para demonstran dan dua anggota perwakilan rakyat dalam gedung DPRD menghasilkan kesepakatan untuk mengadakan rapat lanjutan pada  Minggu (30/03). Rapat tersebut akan melibatkan 20 perwakilan dari aliansi mahasiswa dan masyarakat, bersama beberapa anggota dewan, untuk melakukan penandatanganan nota kesepakatan antara kedua belah pihak.

M. Hidayatulloh, selaku koordinator aksi, berharap agar DPRD Jombang mengeluarkan pernyataan resmi untuk menolak undang-undang tersebut dan terus mengawalnya.
